The Conference will provide a stimulating program that aims to:

range of formats in which to contribute to the conference is offered including
oral presentations, poster displays, and panel discussions as well as an
opportunity to network with peers and industry representatives.

Roundtable
The Roundtable is a common format at
conferences in the Health and Social Sciences across the world. It encourages discussion and debate as well as
providing participants with up to date evidence based information about
practice.
The Conference Scientific Committee will
decide whether the presentation is to be a concurrent session or a Roundtable.
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the
conference with an allocated time for the presenting author to be available for
questions. Posters are to A0 Size (1189 x 841mm) and in PORTRAIT orientation.
Guidelines for preparation of posters will be provided once
abstracts have been accepted.
All papers submitted must address the conference
themes and follow the Abstract Format of Overview, Methods, Conclusions, So what for HPS?The abstracts selected will
include a range of initiatives from local site projects to international
research at all stages of development.All
abstracts will be subject to a peer review.
Format
How to send an abstract
All abstracts must be less than 300 words and are to
be submitted using the on-line submission form.
Please provide the following information in the online Call for Papers
Presentation title
Name and affiliation of all authors
Provide the name of the presenter/s
Full contact details for ONE contact person for all
correspondence
Indicate to which theme (A,B,C,D) your abstract relates
Indicate your preference for an oral or poster
presentation
Indicate permission for your name and organisational details to be included in a list of presenters
Other
information
All presenters must register and pay the registration
fee.
Acknowledgment of the receipt of your abstract will be
emailed to you at the time of submission. A reference number will be assigned
to each submitted abstract. Please quote
this number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
Notification
of results
All correspondence will be electronic and an email address is required.
